    CLM Folder can communicate with feeder and ironer to realize software and program communication

  • Stacker

    The stacking system of the CLM high speed folder is a standard configuration. The stacker conveyor adopts the powerless roller design.Even the operators left short time,the sheets will not jamed

  • Longfold Function

    CLM high speed folder has 2 longfold and 3 crossfold, the maximum folding size is 3300mm. Longfold is finished by air blowing, the air blowing time can be set based on different material and thickness linen to ensure the perfect folding quality

  • Crossfold

    CLM high speed folder has 3 crossfold,crossfold maximum folding size is 3600mm,even large size sheets can be folded well.3 crossfold all finished by folding knife to ensure the flatness and quality

  • Air blowing Stripping

    Each longfold section has the air blowing stripping device, which not only can prevent excessive static electricity, causing folding failure rate rise up, but also prevents the sheets rolling into the axis to cause folding failur

  • Air Cylinder Design

    The third crossfold section set two air cylinders on both sides of the axis, if any sheet blocked here, the two axis will automatic separated,operator can easily take out the blocked sheets

  • Open Structure Design

    The 4th and 5th folds are open structure design, conveniently to see and deal with any problem.

  • Frame Structure

    The frame structure of the CLM high speed folder is welded as a whole, and each long axis is precisely processed
