  • Energy Efficiency

    Low energy consumption --- The water content is within 40%, the steam consumption of the sheets is about 270 kg/h, and the power consumption is about 3 Kwh/hour; the efficiency is high-it is combined with the CLM high speed feeder and folder. It can deal with 1200pcs bed sheets or 750pcs duvet covers per hour

  • Drum

    he heating drum is made of boiler carbon steel, which has higher pressure and thickness than stainless steel. The surface is grinded and polished which has highly improved the ironing flatness and quality

  • Insulation Design

    The two ends of the drum, around the box, and all steam pipelines have been insulated to prevent heat loss, which reduces the steam consumption by 5%

  • PLC

    Mitsubishi PLC control system, programmable design, according to the ironing machine such as working time schedule,you can freely set the steam supply time of the ironing machine such as working , noon break, and off work. Effective management of steam can be implemented. Steam consumption effectively reduced by nearly 25% compared to normal ironer

  • Double-face ironing

    3 sets drums all use double-face ironing design, which improve the ironing quality

  • No Guide Belts

    Some of the drums use none guide belts design,which eliminate the dents on the sheets and improve the ironing quality

  • Tightening Function

    All ironing belts have a tension function, which can automatically adjust the tension of the ironing belts， improve the quality of ironing

  • Structure Design

    he whole machine adopts a heavy mechanical structure design, and the weight of the whole machine reaches 13.5 tons
